Honestly since you were beginning the only change I would make is increase
The amount of protein you're eating everyday by about 40 g. This will help support muscle growth, and simply make it so that you're not as hungry to eat other calories. It's hard to eat 150 to 200 g of protein a day and feel like eating anything else.

Once you are in better shape you can start optimizing intensity of workouts, programming, etc. for now, just be consistent and don't get hurt
