Don't weigh more than once a week (at the same day same time) and remember
that healthy weight loss should only be 1-2 lbs per week. Drink more water than you think is possible, and force yourself to eat a green vegetable serving before eating anything else in your meal. Eat slowly and pay attention to when you are "satisfied" don't wait until you are "full." Don't eat what you are served, eat only to satisfy. Don't be afraid to throw away food once you are satisfied.
