The amount of calories (2500 or 2000) needs to be as such that your consistently
losing a small amount of weight. So it might be less than 2000. Every person is different. High protein, high fiber, moderate carbohydrates (energy for muscle), and moderate to low fat intake.

Most important is consistency. You are doing awesome, keep going!
