Get Bluetooth, not "Wireless". Wireless mice usually have a small USB plug that takes up a slot on your machine or dock
and bluetooth will just connect.
The only situation where wired would be preferred is if there was some restriction like JayOwen mentioned or if you were a hard core gamer or artist and needed the most real-time pinpoint accuracy.
