and I agree that the offensive coaching up there has been horrendous, Zach still has faced an NFL defense 30+ times now in his career.
30+ times for him to learn to look out, read it, and make his decision on where to go with the ball post snap. Even if he was getting nothing from the Jets coaching, he should have been doing some of that learning on his own.
Add on he's been a pro with pro resources. He's got nothing to do in the off season except learn how to be a better QB. He can go and get insight and coaching from just about anybody he wants during the off season.
Blaming the Jets coaching only goes so far. Ultimately, Zach is the only one responsible for the development of Zach.
