I am not assuming NFL players aren't shifty, but there are lots of shifty people
that are not big enough for the NFL so you are excluding anyone not big enough for the NFL. Most NFL qbs would not be great. Being big makes it much easier to pull your flags and in generally makes you less shifty. There are big guys that are shifty, but there are a lot more smaller guys than big guys that are shifty. Basketball point guards may make a better pool of flag players than NFL players.
