Check FB marketplace for a used set with mesh pads
A simple five piece kit which is a few years old will serve you well as you are beginning. Simmons or alesis make good beginners sets. Roland v7 s are good but pricier.

Find some good you tube tutorials, learn how to read drum music, get a good app (I use guitar tabs pro, the subscription fee is worth it) and have a ton of fun. Getting a few method books would also be helpful so you can drill on sticking and technique.
