Relyte doesn’t contain any sugar where I believe liquid IV does. We’ve been very pleased with Relyte since we started using it.

It's the vitamin B6. I love them. COSTCO gave us a free sample a couple years

It just tastes good to be honest. I haven't noticed any benefit necessarily.
