Intervention Needed
There are occasional biases when you’re dealing with equally skilled players.
If this girl and another girl are basically the same player, I guarantee a coach will say “I’m taking the player whose mom isn’t crazy” That’s when biases come into play.

Programs I have been around have had a policy that JV teams don’t take seniors. JV is for development for the future.
