What are the major stadium upgrades that we have done in the past 40 years?
We added bigger/better video boards and a ribbon. Have we done anything else? Yes I guess if you count better wheelchair access.
Our stadium is outdated. Is it OK? Sure. But little has been spent on the stadium in 40+ years. IMO they should build a new one or make major upgrades to this one. But with the cost what it is to build a new one they are never going to have that money (the athletics department) upfront so maybe it never happens.
