It's extremely outdated. It might be cheaper to build new rather than update.

Legroom, press box, lack of capacity, deterioration, etc....

I've been going to that thing since it was built and I have a lot of love for it. However, it could be so much more. The views are great but it's rusting and is not far from requiring a lot of repair. It's time to explore something new or rebuilding it a piece at a time.
