Why should the FBI be investigating doping issues worldwide? That doesn't seem

to be something they should be investigating and getting involved in. This isn't Chinese athletes training in America, so I get were WADA and the IOC are coming from. If something happens in the US, then sure the FBI has the right to intervene but that is not what is happening.
