Someone with a Utah or California salary may see cheap homes in the midwest or sunbelt but the median incomes in those areas are still completely out of line with historical affordability. A bunch of zoomers moving there will only make affordability worse. Its not a solution.

Its amazing to me that we are going on 4 years into this and people still dont realize that housing didnt just go up in cities. It went up dramatically everywhere. Even in small out of the way towns.
