A misnomer many have about “filling in the corners”

We don’t need to create an entire bowl all the way to the top of the stadium. Simply fill in the lower concourse below the platforms so the stadium looks complete. Upper bowl corner seats do not have the ROI, but more lower bowl seating would easily sell at premium prices. And we are probably only talking about 2k seats total when you consider that each corner will require a tunnel.

They save those for recruits and their families. It's tricky to ensure those seats get used each game.
