Boarding number. The number of times that I was unable to check in exactly 24 hours before was annoyingly high - sometimes I’d be in a meeting, or skiing or someplace without internet, etc. It was both just another thing to remember and stress about, so from a customer experience standpoint that is 2 perceived negative experiences I would already have with SW before even arriving at the actual airport. (A 3rd negative would be getting a B or C group even if checking in at 1 minute late)
I got to the point where I considered SW as my last choice to fly anywhere and would actively avoid it. I’m very solidly in the group that hated the SW system and actively avoided them so this new change definitely will make me open to booking with them more.
