you’re paying for. It’s the delivery, the loading, the disposal when it doesn’t get eaten, having to have different garbage cans, and a whole host of other problems.
And let’s be honest, the best airplane food is still going to be worse than what I can buy in an airport. Even the first class food on all but a few airlines is average at best.
Boarding back to front makes sense from a pure operational standpoint…as long as you also board window to aisle…but it won’t work in practice the way you want it to.
Also, considering people pay for things like early and priority boarding, you’re leaving a lot of money on the table and losing out on a ton of revenue.
Your imaginary airline is going out of business quick.
