in Arizona April through mid-October. I agree, that is a lot better situation, which is why I am interested in the drought resistant grass. I’m not concerned about a beautifully manicured lawn more than I am about having good healthy ground cover.

Hybrid bermudagrass really struggles in cool climates. Sure it will grow in the summer and not die out in the winter
