villain. The artists are the greedy ones and the ticket + the service fees are actually what they want to charge for the concert but Ticketmaster agrees to be the bad guy and take the customers hate and anger because it “appears” like they’re charging an outrageous amount in fees.

Not sure if I believe it or not but I can definitely see it as a possibility
