If you’re 119th in 3rd down defense, if you’re 113th in yds/run allowed
If you’re 126th in tackles for loss per game, you aren’t remotely close to where you need to be.
I choose to believe that offensively and defensively we’ll see a decent level of improvement in 2024 but there’s a lot of denial going on to think the 2023 defensive numbers were remotely good enough.

I wouldn't say that our defense last year was above average however it was much better than the previous year. Also,
