Agreed with this. Not a casual hike, though.
If you want something really easy but still with a nice payoff, go up to Brighton and go to Lake Mary.

Lake Blanche is great. Strenuous but not crazy and a good payoff at the end.

For Utah County, I like the Grove Creek - Battle Creek Loop. Lots of waterfalls
