it’s the worst sin a finisher can commit especially in cold weather climates where you get multiple cycles of freeze thaw every winter.

Be very careful not to saturate the surface. Mist, but don’t let it pool on top.

Too much water will result in spalling within a couple years if not sooner.

Spalling. Excess water right below the surface will create voids when it cures
