There’s variation in the specific variable genetic material that any child receives from one parent vs another. So even
though you should have, on average, about 50% of your variable DNA in common with any sibling, the range is actually anywhere from about 38%-61% in common.

The same will be true for these children of paired identical twin parents.

They will be drawing from the same pair of original DNA, but may draw different genes. But all should be in the same 38%-61% range.
