upgrade eventually. Now, I just can’t justify it, so I’m glad we borrowed the max despite that not being the conventional wisdom.

Sometimes I want more yard, but I’m just grateful to have a great house at a great monthly payment, and enjoy the money I’m saving by not upgrading. Still, I feel like I can never move and that’s the real discouraging part of it all. 🤷‍♂️
