I've stayed at lots of VRBOs and Airbnb's with propane grills. Those places always make people buy the insurance
though or charge a $5,000.00 damage deposit.

The Airbnb, that we stayed at last, had a natural gas grill connected to the townhome. Much better that way since

You could have a grill with a connector that accepts those small propane canisters. Then people can just buy their own.
