Beneficial how? Is it allowing you to lift more weights? Recover faster? Feel better during the workout?
If so, why is that helpful to you? If you can’t lift a certain weight without it, does lifting that weight with it move the needle that much? If you recover or feel better, what is it about your life before the medication that you could adjust that would be better in the long term? Using a stimulant is not helpful or healthy in general.
I’m sure I will get eye rolls or thumbs downs for this reply. But, your body is what it is. Do the best you can with what you have been given.
