Related to that. I thought it was interesting how he approaches the time in between points
15 seconds

0-5 - Take time to process the last point. Feel the emotion. If it's good celebrate it, if you made a mistake feel it.
5-10 - Use the time to relax and clear your mind. Focus on breathing and getting the body to a neutral state.
10-15 - Preparation and tactics. Visualize the point and how you want to finish it. It puts you in control.
