What metric do you have to state that? He wins against power teams better than

Expected but is horrid against G5 competition.

Overall, is he a bad coach? Depends on your definition I guess. I want him to leave because I struggle to see any strengths that he brings to the program. Is he a good recruiter? Game manager? Organizer? People manager? To me he’s poor at everything that is most important to a program.
