Agreed. BYU will always be slow to fire a good rep of BYU absent a scandal or

a total dumpster fire. Persons closer to the program than me say Sitake is not the best on discipline, xs & os, removing poor performers, sustained high work ethic. 8 years of results seem to confirm that.

I was okay giving Sitake another year after the troubling 2017 4-9 debacle as Holmoe saddled Sitake w/some substandard assistant coaches. The in-season collapses of 2022 and 2023 reveal what we can expect.
