See 2023/24 with 12 scholarship players. Depth failed us at times. 2 basically
never played. Adams and Baker. Stuff happens. Trey was starting PG to open the season. Fortuitous timing in Hall’s injury. Fous Hammy. Khalifa Knee and conditioning. Knell ankle. Waterman Concussion. Atiki broken hand. 3 guys fasting during conference tournament and NCAA tourney - one had no water. The entire team got hit hard with the flu. Guys foul out on occasion.
No. 11 is not a good idea. All 13 do not need to get big NIL. Keep in mind Trey will take up 1 scholarship.
Last season all 12 scholarship players started games. Some of that was born of necessity.
