NGL, I am a bit sore already from 3 practice runs this morning. But I think
sore muscles is most likely what I’ll get out of it. I play hoops a couple of times per week and run at the gym so my body should be used to running. But top speed for 100M is an adjustment. She wants to race me in 200M as well but I told her I will need a month to be ready for that.
