Grimes left after the 2020 season, so the 2021 season was ARod's
2022 was a slightly above average offense in PPG. ARod has had one bad year and he fired one bad coach. The other one was OK, but our TE group hasn't improved much in years.
So the majority of the coaching staff has turned over since the Big 12 announcement. That should be good news, since these all represent upgrades from predecessors.
