I don't know about the best in Utah, but the best in Texas come off my grill.
In Utah the best is probably from Red Beard BBQ.

Pastrami burgers are great (and a state treasure). But Crown Burger is just the most easily accessible good one

It is a good burger. It may be considered a great burger in Utah seems like not many options out there.
