We actually really enjoy cruising with them but they have so many stipulations and restrictions on things like credits. We've got 750 bucks of credit with them. We are cruising with them in about 10 days and they only let us use one of our credits. Their website even said we could use two and let my apply them when I booked the cruise but when the price came back it only allowed one. I called and whined about it and they just didn't care.

We've been on over 20 cruises on 7 different cruise lines. We'll go on NCL again in order to use these credits but after they are gone never again. I've also had issues with upgrades, excursions specialty dining, etc. As I said, we actually like NCL but some of their policies drive me crazy.
