Frankly, I don’t feel like this has been a strength of pope all the time. I can think of big games that have gotten away from us with curious lineups on the floor.

That said, this year has pretty much been what you would hope for when it comes to bench play. They play aggressively with a fast pace. They hustle, and they knock down shots. It is in fact a challenge for less deep teams to keep up with a squad that plays like BYU has so far.

I am a little bit concerned about continuity and discord once we get guys back healthy as there are only so many minutes to go around. so far, it looks like we may have more capable and deserving players time on the floor to divvy up. But it’s exciting to see so many people playing well and contributing for the Cougs this year.
