I'd love to have Grimes back but I keep reading posts saying Grimes instilled discipline on the offense and since he left we've lacked discipline. It's obvious we've lacked something but what is everyone seeing that makes it so clear that it was discipline? It's not clear to me just watching the games that discipline is the issue. Are there quotes from other coaches or players or something?

Couldn't it just be that he knows how to teach good O-line play? Is discipline the main attribute of a good O-line?
