Loved the informed take. What is you thought for those who are looking to
take it to lose the last 5-10 lbs of goal weight? That has been my introduction related to weight loss. First dozen or so random people I spoke to about it related to weight loss were getting it through cosmetic clinics so they could get to their ideal weight. For me that has really soured me to the whole idea.
