the challenge is they are not even close to financial self-reliance. So how much
investment in faith is appropriate if they are not even close? A ten million dollar stadium so they could get to 40% self-sufficiency on a per season basis?
I am a fan, so would support investment here for the sake of excellence.
tickets are inexpensive. what are annual expenses of women's soccer team? maybe $3 million?
for 10 home games a year, need 10,000 fans paying $30 a ticket to get to $3 million in home revenue.
Title IX does give a huge boost to these women's sports. its really hard to be financially self-reliant for the non-traditional sports. Can see how professional women's sports really struggle to make the numbers work.
