at 72 on Sundays for most of the year. The thermostat is adjusted during the weekdays when the building is not in use which is great and saves money during the week.
The result is a frigid building with AC units running at full bore all day on Sundays. Blankets are handed out in the Relief Society room. Why not bump the thermostat up just 2 degrees to 74 and save money while making it more comfortable for members?
