I would at least like to see J.D. Retzlaff play a little. The guy can scramble
like Jaren Hall and was first-team All-American JC. But...I think that promises were probably made to Slovis. I am not saying turn it all over to Retzlaff, just let him come in for half of the 4th quarter and see what happens. What can it hurt? Maybe he isn't looking so good in practice, but my guess is that promises were made.
