I did not use the term myself other than in reference to what many have already posted. However, I'm sure you already know that.

BTW, I'm not sure how you see much of a difference between "no chance" and "absolutely not!"? Here's your quote; "Is 9-4 possible? sure! Likely at all? absolutely not!"
