Big 20 in football and go to 24 football in 2036 with 4 ACC leftovers - hopefully Duke and Louisville are in that mix. Virginia and NC might be out of reach. Pitt might be nice. Anyway football schools with great basketball to the extent possible.
That would leave 4 basketball only in the west. Should add some in the east from The Big East or maybe AAC.
