Nearly all public places and most homes for that matter through home insurance
Have med pay. It’s a no fault provision that pays for anything that happens on their premises regardless of who’s at fault.

I’ve dealt with this many times at other public places. I’d assume the hotel has it too. I’d have the front desk person ask the manager.
