New job would be at most 2 days in office.

Word on the street though is that work form home is ending (which is interesting as I was permanent work from home pre covid). Current job is over an hour away, one way. New job is less then 10 miles away in the same city. I could bike there.

Another wrinkle, depending on the severity of the slap on the wrist, I may have ruined my future here.

I'm leaning new job, but wife hates change. Been 8 years where I'm at now, and years the place before that. She didn't want me to move last time, though in retrospect it was perfect for our family. Best think we could've done at the time.
