I like him too. Think he's legit. The problem that a lot of these guys have — good and bad — is they have legit source
who come from one side of the table. So if his sources are well connected within BIG circles, they may very well be sharing what they're hearing and seeing...and it's accurate from their POV.
But it only takes in information from that side of the table. I have no doubt the 4 corner schools are talking to the Big 12. That doesn't mean contracts are being signed as Swaim or MHver would, it just likely means these Presidents are doing their due diligence, covering their bases getting negotiating leverage against media parents, OR/WA, etc.
