my rowing buddy here at work, he did it back in March, and then did a 1/2 marathon last week, so he was excited to see
me try it, I've done 8000 in a day, but never in one sitting, so it's just one of those things, embrace the suck for the first one, and then it's easier the next time.
A gal on our company rowing club, set a goal to hit 3,000,000 miles for the rowing season (which starts on May 1 and ends April 30 of the next year), and she got it, that's averaging 10K a day almost, so I'm a slug, but I'll get there.
