Coffee and 3 eggs for breakfast, usually a grilled chicken salad for lunch.
I splurge more on dinner. Usually a steak and steamed veggies or something like that. If I get hungry between meals, I’ll eat almonds or pistachios. I also drink a lot of water and Diet Coke.
