One thing that's quite impressive is he basically has been shedding his best players every year. There was the BYU
year where Pope took everyone from UVU and a few more transferred to boot, then the next year they had that kid go to USC and Averette to BYU, then the next year their leading scorer went to Weber State and one other major transfer I think, then Fardaws goes last year. Now of course the counter to that is.....why can't he hold onto these guys? But I think the answer there is a mixture of things out of Madsen's control.
