Due to siesmic issues, the costs to increase exterior upgrades wouldn't be worth the cost.   ANd there is no room on the west side to do anything anyway, without encroaching on the street, which will not happen. 

But if you want to talk about a new press box on the west side, or even new bleachers there and a new press box too, you have my attention.  With east side, don't block the views there.  

Unless donors want to pony up $500M for a new stadium, it is not happening.  So upgrades are it.
