Includes parking if I remember correctly which is kind of a big deal on Coronado.

Also, pretty close to one of the best muni courses around, if you are into waterfront golf.

Hotel del Coronado is a pretty cool building, but I'm not sure it's as comfortable as it is full of character. I've heard it's rather noisy and a little cramped. You should at least go check it out though.
