These are his thoughts on Expansion, he sees expansion as new geographic areas and giving his media partners national options.

1) Utah is not in the 4th time zone and they don't bring a new state into the conference.

2) Those worried about adding SDSU, everything about Yormark's comments indicates he is working closely with the media partners on this. If he adds SDSU I'm sure its because the media partners agreed it would be a good idea.

3) Yormark's love is BBall it appears to me. He has a special affinity for it. And say what you will about SDSU football, their basketball program is legit. Adding Arizona and SDSU provides more sports programming in critical time slots that is actually high value TV.

I'm not advocating for SDSU to join, but I could see it happening based on the stated benchmarks.
